Description
Zulu is probably the best example of a well maintained Sadler 26 around. Launched in 1988 from her pristine condition one could be forgiven for thinking that she is only a few years old. From stem to stern Zulu is in sparkling order and bristling with equipment.
The Sadler 26 is the ultimate small yacht with more room below than her sleek external appearance would suggest.
The extra room and efficient utilisation of space makes the Sadler 26 one of the few 26-footers truly suited to long cruises with a family crew.

Accommodation
From a spacious cockpit the companionway leads down to the immaculate saloon where to starboard you will find the galley with Plastimo gimballed 2 burner gas cooker, oven and grill plus stainless steel sink and ice box. Opposite the galley is a quarter-berth and slide out chart table.
Forward of the galley is the comfortable saloon with standing headroom and a sumptuous sofa in pale blue corded fabric to starboard with dinette that comfortably seats 4 and matching seating to port. The dinette converts to provide a double berth with an additional single using the trotter box to starboard. All providing generous storage beneath.
Before reaching the forecabin with its double berth and deck head hatch, which provides ample light, are the heads to port with a recently replaced manual loo and a hanging locker opposite.

History
The Sadler 26 has an excellent pedigree and was developed from initially the Folkboat, the David Sadler designed Contessa 26, the David Sadler designed Sadler 25 culminating in a joint venture with his son Martin Sadler's designed Sadler 26 with over 200 sold.
The Sadler 26 is a two module construction with built in foam buoyancy making her one of the very few unsinkable cruising yachts ever designed. The foam core also adds a degree of insulation
